Day passes and cancellation

A day pass costs $29 per person and covers one selected weekday at one Acme location, from 09:00 to 18:00. Choose Harbor, Midtown or Garden when planning the visit. The pass includes no room credits or overnight access, and a day-pass holder has no common-area guest allowance.

Scope

The price is for the selected day, not an hourly desk rate. A short visit does not split the pass into smaller entitlements that can be used on another date. Meeting-room time is booked separately, with its own capacity and cancellation conditions.

If several people plan to work at desks, count a pass or other eligible desk entitlement for each person. Meeting attendees within a booked room are a different category from desk visitors. Keep the two parts of the plan separate when using a cost comparison.

Cancellation

Cancel by 18:00 on the previous business day for a refund. Later cancellation and no-show are not refundable. A Monday visit's deadline is Friday at 18:00. The rule is tied to business days, not simply twenty-four hours before arrival.

Business days mean Monday through Friday. The examples here contain no public holiday. Relative deadlines use Port Alder local time, America/New_York. An unannounced holiday schedule cannot be inferred from these examples or ordinary opening hours.

Worked example

For a selected visit on Monday 14 September 2026, cancel by Friday 11 September at 18:00. A cancellation on Sunday is later than that deadline even though the visit has not begun. For a room reservation instead of a pass, use the room cancellation guide and the booking's start time.

Your confirmation

Keep the current dated confirmation for the visit. If a pass is rescheduled, distinguish the cancelled record from the replacement. The demonstration account cannot establish whether your own pass is active. Ask staff about the specific reference if the date or status is unclear.
