Room credits

A room credit pays for thirty minutes in Harbor Pebble or Maple only. It is a time allowance for those rooms, not a general currency that can be spent on desks, catering or any room in the company. The location and room name matter as much as the number of credits.

Eligible rooms

Midtown Cedar and Summit, and Garden Willow and Fern, do not accept credits. Catering is excluded at every location. Minimum room duration remains one hour, with subsequent thirty-minute increments, even when credits pay for part or all of the time.

Credits with a remaining charge

Two hours in Maple costs $70 without credits. Applying two eligible credits covers sixty minutes, leaving one hour at $35. Four credits could cover the full two hours if the account has those credits and the reservation is actually confirmed.

A one-and-a-half-hour Summit booking costs $90, with no credit payment. Do not subtract a Harbor credit value from Summit just because both are meeting rooms. The room calculator shows eligibility next to its inputs.

Plan allowances

Unlimited provides four credits per billing period. Team provides two shared credits per period for the group. Flex and day passes provide no credits. Team's two and Unlimited's four are different plan allowances, not competing statements about the same membership.

Reset

Credits reset at the billing anniversary without rollover. Annual Unlimited also receives its four credits at each monthly anniversary rather than all at once. A sample account balance does not prove a real account's remaining allowance.

Read the booking and cancellation guides before using credits. A timely cancellation returns used credits under the room rule; a late cancellation or no-show consumes them. A request for a return should refer to the actual booking and account.
