Pausing a monthly membership

Monthly Flex or Unlimited can pause for one full billing period in any rolling twelve months. Request the pause at least ten calendar days before the next renewal. Team and annual memberships cannot pause under this policy.

Eligibility

The membership must be monthly Flex or monthly Unlimited. Annual Unlimited is a different payment commitment and is excluded, even though the plan name includes Unlimited. Team is excluded as well. The pause covers a whole billing period rather than a selected number of days inside the period.

The rolling twelve-month limit follows the period of use rather than simply resetting at the start of a calendar year. Before relying on a pause, ask staff to confirm the account's eligibility and relevant dates. This page cannot establish when a particular member last paused.

Notice

Make the request at least ten calendar days before the next renewal. Calendar days include weekends. The notice period for a pause is distinct from the notice for stopping renewal. Meeting the cancellation notice does not necessarily mean a pause request meets its own deadline.

Request steps

  1. Identify the membership and whether it is paid monthly.
  2. Find the next renewal date in the actual account.
  3. Specify the full billing period you want to pause.
  4. Ask membership support to review eligibility and the rolling-year condition.
  5. Keep the response and any actual account confirmation.

Do not assume that reading these steps, sending an assistant a request or viewing the demonstration account completes a pause. Staff need to apply the request to the real membership.

Choosing the right change

A pause and stopping renewal have different purposes and conditions. A refund is a separate question again, with first-purchase, timing and usage limits. Name the action you want when speaking to support so a short answer about one procedure is not treated as completion of another.

If your plan or requested dates are outside the published policy, describe them to staff without assuming an exception. Another member's arrangement does not create a general entitlement.
