Annual Unlimited payment

Annual payment is available for Unlimited only. The total is $2,628 paid upfront, equivalent to $219 per month over twelve months. The equivalent figure is a comparison, not a recurring $219 monthly charge. Flex and Team have no annual payment option in this catalogue.

Payment and benefits

Annual Unlimited retains all-location desk access during each location's member hours. Four room credits reset at each monthly anniversary of the annual term. They do not arrive as a single year's allowance on the payment date. Unused monthly credits expire, just as they do for monthly Unlimited.

A member paying on the fourteenth of a month can use the monthly anniversary as the point for understanding the next credit reset. The relevant account confirmation supplies the actual dates. A sample annual account in the demonstration is not proof of a real member's payment or available credits.

Renewal

Stop annual renewal at least 30 calendar days before the renewal date. Access continues through the paid term after renewal has been stopped. Stopping renewal is not, by itself, a refund of the upfront annual payment. Read the refund policy for the first-purchase timing and unused-membership conditions.

Use App, Membership, Manage renewal, Cancel renewal for the cancellation procedure. Read the confirmation and keep it with the renewal date. Asking an assistant about the process or viewing the demonstration control does not complete the account action.

Comparing commitments

Monthly Unlimited is $249 per month. Annual Unlimited has a different commitment and payment timing, so the two figures can both be correct. Do not add the monthly-equivalent number to the upfront amount, or treat it as the price of a single month that can be purchased independently.

Annual memberships cannot pause under the pause policy. If you are uncertain about a proposed change, describe whether your current payment is monthly or annual before asking staff. The distinction affects notice, pause eligibility and the interpretation of the charge on an invoice.
