Flex membership
Flex is $129 per month and includes eight desk-visit days per billing period at one chosen home location. Visits take place on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. The plan does not include meeting-room credits or desk access at the other locations under the Flex entitlement.
Counting visits
A partial-day visit uses one of the eight days. Coming for a morning, leaving for lunch and returning that day does not create a second calendar date, but a visit on another date uses another day. Keep your attendance plan in days rather than turning the allowance into hours. Unused days do not roll over at the billing anniversary.
For example, attending every Tuesday and Thursday over four weeks uses eight days. If one of those visits lasts only an hour, it still consumes that day's visit. Do not plan nine dates on the assumption that two short afternoons can be combined into one allowance unit.
Home location and hours
Choose Harbor, Midtown or Garden as the home location. Its longer Unlimited member hours do not extend Flex access. Garden's weekend opening also does not create a weekend Flex visit. Check reception hours when a request needs staff help as well as desk access.
Rooms and other services
Book meeting rooms separately. Harbor Pebble and Maple accept eligible credits from plans that include them, but Flex itself grants no credits. Room prices, minimum duration and capacity still apply. Common-area guests and meeting attendees have different scopes, so use the relevant guest or room guide when inviting someone.
Renewal and taking a break
Monthly renewal, cancellation and pauses each have their own procedure. The cancellation guide explains advance notice and access through a paid term. The pause guide describes eligibility and when a request must reach staff. Stopping renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
Use the plan chooser for a simple price comparison, then return to these scope conditions. A calculation may show the cost of several passes beside Flex without proving which entitlement is right for every schedule.
