Team membership and the shared pool
Team costs $599 per month for up to five named people. The group shares 20 desk-visit days and two room credits in each billing period. Desk access is weekdays 09:00–18:00 at all three locations. The shared pool is counted across the named people, not separately for each person.
Pool rules
One attending person uses one visit day. Several colleagues visiting on the same date each consume a visit. A partial day also uses a visit for that person. Unused days and credits expire at the billing anniversary without rollover.

A plan for three team days is incomplete without the headcount for each date. Use the Team calculator for the same worked example, then adapt the attendance list to your actual plan.
Shared room credits
Two credits cover one hour in Harbor Pebble or Maple. Other locations and catering are outside credit eligibility. The group should agree how it uses the two credits; the plan does not give two to every member. Room capacity still includes all attendees and is separate from the maximum number of named desk members.
Account roles
The account owner and billing admin can download company invoices. An ordinary Team member cannot access them. Historical support messages do not authenticate a present user or grant that role. Use the invoice procedure from an eligible account.
Setup and changes
The onboarding guide walks through naming people, assigning roles, planning attendance and checking the first period. Team has no annual option and cannot use the membership pause offered to eligible monthly Flex and Unlimited plans. Stopping monthly renewal follows the membership cancellation procedure.
Before inviting colleagues, explain the pooled allowance in plain language. A person can understand their own schedule while still misunderstanding the group total; the final onboarding warning addresses that common mistake directly.
