Pet dogs and assistance animals

Pet dogs are permitted only on Garden's outdoor patio. They are not permitted inside Garden or at Harbor and Midtown under the pet-dog rule. Assistance animals are permitted at every location. Keep those two statements together so the pet restriction is not applied to assistance animals.

Garden patio

If you plan to bring a pet dog, the relevant space is the outdoor patio at Garden. A reply that says only “dogs are welcome” leaves out the location and outdoor condition. Do not treat a patio visit as permission to bring the pet into an indoor desk area or meeting room.

Garden has its own member hours, with different weekday and weekend windows. The animal rule does not create a desk entitlement outside your plan's access conditions. Read the hours and arrival information for the actual visit you intend to make.

Assistance animals

Assistance animals are permitted at Harbor, Midtown and Garden. The restriction on pet dogs is not a restriction on assistance animals. If the entrance summary or map leaves a practical question unanswered, contact staff about that specific route or arrangement.

Asking a clear question

Name the location and whether you mean a pet dog or an assistance animal. Explain whether the visit concerns the patio, a desk or a room booking. Those details help staff answer without relying on a short statement stripped of its conditions.

A past conversation about someone's Garden patio visit should not be generalized to indoor access everywhere. Likewise, a historical policy draft does not become a current customer promise simply because it mentions an animal.
