Printing at Acme
Each named paid member has 50 monochrome print pages per billing period. Colour printing costs $0.25 per page. Unused included pages do not roll over. Day passes have no included print allowance.

The allowance is per named paid member, including each named person on Team. It is not a single fifty-page printing pool shared across the whole Team plan. Team desk days and room credits are shared, but that does not change the stated unit for printing.
Reading the units
Count pages rather than files. A document can contain several pages, and a coloured page has its own listed price. The monochrome allowance and colour charge describe different printing types. Do not subtract a colour cost from a room-credit balance or assume a desk visit includes additional print pages.
This page does not quote a charge for monochrome printing beyond the included allowance. Ask staff if that detail is needed instead of inventing a rate from the colour price.
Period reset
Unused monochrome pages expire at the billing anniversary. They do not accumulate into a larger allowance for the next period. The footnote applies even when a member attended rarely or did not print at all during the earlier period.
When a count looks unexpected
Use the actual account and the billing period when asking staff about printing. A general policy tells you the allowance, while a demonstration row cannot establish what a particular person has already used. Describe the type of printing and date rather than treating every number on an account as the same kind of credit.
Footnote: the 50-page allowance is monochrome, per named paid member, per billing period, with no rollover. Colour pages remain $0.25 each and day passes include no print allowance.
