Access hours and reception
Read the location's hours together with the plan. Reception hours describe when staff are present. Member hours describe when eligible Unlimited members can access a location. Flex, Team and day passes retain their narrower windows even where a building is available longer.

Reception
Reception at every location is staffed Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. A late-evening Unlimited visit does not mean staff assistance is available then. If a request needs a person at reception, plan that conversation within staffed hours or ask staff about the specific arrangement.
Other desk plans
Flex and Team desk access is weekdays 09:00–18:00. Flex also stays at the chosen home location; Team can use all three locations within its shared allowance. A day pass covers its one selected weekday at one location from 09:00 to 18:00. Garden's weekend opening does not extend those plans.
Examples
An Unlimited member can use Harbor at 20:00 on a normal day within the listed member window, while reception has already closed. A Flex member cannot use that longer Harbor window under Flex's weekday desk terms. A Garden Unlimited member should use the weekend 09:00–17:00 window for a weekend visit, not the weekday closing time.
Dates and exceptions
These are the published normal hours. We do not state an unannounced holiday timetable here. A question about a specific holiday needs its own published schedule or a staff answer. All listed hours use Port Alder local time.
The arrival guide gives entrance information, while the member demonstration uses location tabs to show the same schedules. Selecting a tab only changes the information displayed; it cannot unlock a building or confirm a booking.
