Guests and meeting attendees

Paid members may host up to two accompanied guests in the common area, for at most two hours during staffed hours. Reception is staffed weekdays 09:00–18:00. The member stays with the guests. A day-pass holder has no guest allowance.

Common-area guests

The allowance is for a short accompanied visit in the common area. It does not give a guest an independent membership, a desk day or access outside the stated conditions. Confirm what kind of visit you are planning before applying the rule to a colleague or client.

When arriving with guests, identify the host and the location to reception, explain the common-area visit, and keep the group together. The hosted arrival guide sets out those sign-in steps. A host's longer Unlimited access window does not extend common-area guest visits beyond staffed hours.

Meeting attendees

Attendees inside a booked meeting room follow the room's capacity. Summit holds sixteen people, while the common-area allowance is two guests. Both numbers can apply correctly to their separate situations. Do not limit a confirmed sixteen-person room meeting to two attendees or assume the room's capacity authorizes sixteen common-area guests.

A room booking does not automatically provide desk access before or after the meeting. If people also want to work at desks, plan their desk entitlements separately. Food and catering rules likewise remain separate from attendance capacity.

Day passes

A person using a day pass cannot host common-area guests under the paid-member allowance. They can read the room catalogue for a meeting need, but should not describe an invited person as covered by a guest benefit their pass does not include.

Asking about an arrangement

Tell staff the site, number of people and whether the plan is a common-area visit or a room meeting. These details prevent a short answer from being applied to the wrong setting. The read-only app guide illustrates the process but cannot register visitors or confirm an actual arrangement.
