Unlimited membership

Unlimited costs $249 per month and includes desk access at Harbor, Midtown and Garden during each location's member hours. It includes four room credits per billing period. The name describes desk usage within those conditions; it does not mean the buildings are available around the clock or that every room is included.

Location access

Harbor and Midtown member hours are 06:00–23:00 daily. Garden is available 07:00–21:00 on weekdays and 09:00–17:00 at weekends. Reception everywhere is staffed weekdays 09:00–18:00. Plan any staff-assisted arrival around that separate schedule.

Four room credits

One credit covers thirty minutes in Harbor Pebble or Maple. Four credits can therefore cover two hours in those eligible rooms, subject to an actual booking. Credits cannot pay for rooms at other sites, Summit or catering. If a booking is longer than the eligible time available, the remaining duration is charged at the room's usual rate.

The credits reset on the billing anniversary and unused credits do not roll over. They are separate from printing allowances and desk access. An annual payment does not make all future monthly credits available at once.

Annual payment option

You may pay $2,628 upfront for annual Unlimited, equivalent to $219 per month over the year. This is a different payment commitment from $249 charged monthly. The annual guide explains the monthly benefit reset and the notice required to stop annual renewal.

Before changing a membership

Read the renewal, refund and pause guides for their distinct eligibility conditions. A cancellation request can stop a future renewal while leaving access through the already paid term. That action alone does not promise a refund. The first-purchase refund policy requires an unused membership within its stated period and a staff review.
